Google Schema add Product without Price
I use Google Schema and I have products without price. And I found a way to put the products in with no price. As the price is dependent on the work done and also I do not want to tell it. But I got the following error Code:
How to put in Product with no Price
The solution to put in product with no price is the following:
Google lets you put in an OFFER with one of two variables. One is OFFER and the other one is DEMAND. So I picked DEMAND instead of offer as the variable of the type offer. And then under DEMAND I filled out “areaServed” with a simple Text saying: “Served Worldwide” as my product is shipped everywhere.
There is a link to the possibilties you can use with Product. See under offer that you can als use DEMAND,
https://schema.org/Product
And this was accepted. I put up a product that has no price as the category DEMAND which is a suitable OFFER seems not to need a PRICE. But I put in “areaServed” as an information.
Great. The issue was solved. I hope it works for you too.
Either “offers”, “review”, or “aggregateRating” should be specified
But I found a solution to put in a product without a price. I first tried to just use OFFER and then PRICE and type in “Price depends on Adaption. But Google would give me:
Invalid price format in property “price”
So there was an invalid price format in property price. But I had to put an offer in. Or a review which I did not have. Or an aggregated rating. So I wondered how to put in a product into google Schema without a price.
